2. Delivery & Transit Time Limits
The estimated shipping times mentioned above count the actual transit duration of the goods only. This transit timeline starts from the exact moment the item is in the custody of and processed by the courier, up to the final physical delivery to the client. Any transit delays that may occur due to customs processing, carrier sorting overloads, extreme weather, or external logistical events after handover are completely outside of our control.
3. Local In-Person Pickups
If you reside nearby or prefer to pick up your order in person rather than having it shipped, we are happy to accommodate you. Please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order to coordinate the details and arrange a collection time.
